ORCA
ship hyper-personalized apps
The problem ORCA solves
Orca automates the entire product feedback lifecycle through a sophisticated orchestration of AI agents. An orchestrator continuously scans public channels for user feedback and then deploys two specialized agents: a Social Media Agent to distill genuine requests, and a Developer Agent to write and submit pull requests.
This creates a seamless loop from user tweet to shipped code, eliminating the manual work of feedback collection, ticket creation, and tracking.
Key Benefits & Features
Technical Advantages
- Intelligent Automation: The primary benefit is the automation of low-value, repetitive tasks. Developers are freed from manually monitoring social media, parsing unstructured text, creating tickets (like in Jira or GitHub Issues), and writing boilerplate code. This directly combats developer burnout and reduces context-switching.
- Advanced Signal Filtering: The Orchestrator Agent and Social Media Agent act as an intelligent filtering layer. They are designed to differentiate between genuine feature requests—like "it would be great if..."—and general chatter, support questions, or spam.
- 24/7 Scalable Operation: The AI agent-based system operates 24/7/365 and can handle a massive volume of incoming requests without performance degradation, ensuring no feedback is ever missed.
Business & Customer Impact
- Enhanced Customer Experience: Customers feel seen and heard when their feedback is acknowledged and acted upon with incredible speed. This creates a powerful "wow" factor, directly improving the user experience, leading to higher loyalty and lower churn.
- Unprecedented Agility: The feedback-to-shipping loop is compressed from weeks or months to potentially hours. This allows the business to respond to market demands in real-time, providing a significant competitive advantage.
- Stellar Brand Reputation: Swiftly fixing bugs and shipping requested features builds a strong public reputation for being exceptionally responsive and customer-centric.
Challenges I ran into
One of the most significant technical hurdles i faced during the development of Orca was enabling distinct AI agents to communicate reliably and maintain context over a long-running, multi-step process
