Flexible financing for SMBs
The problem Orbbit solves
SMBs often wait 30–90 days to get paid, leaving billions locked in receivables. Traditional financing is slow, expensive, and full of friction.
Meanwhile, $130B+ in stablecoins sit idle onchain — earning no yield.
Orbbit bridges this gap.
SMBs upload unpaid invoices and receive up to 80% upfront, funded by investors in USDC. Each invoice is tokenized on Base for transparent funding, instant settlement, and automated repayment.

Challenges I ran into
Smart Wallet Integration: Unified onboarding for non-crypto SMBs via Base Accounts and sponsored gas.
Invoice NFT Logic: Designed modular smart contracts for funding + repayment tracking.
Hybrid Architecture: Combined onchain settlement with offchain underwriting (KYB/KYC, Plaid, TransUnion).

What is your product’s unique value proposition?
Orbbit is building an invoice financing marketplace that connects SMBs in need of fast working capital with crypto investors seeking stable, real-world yield.
SMBs upload unpaid invoices and receive up to 80% of the value upfront, funded by investors using USDC. Each invoice is tokenized on Base, enabling transparent funding, instant settlement, and automatic distribution of principal + yield upon repayment.
For crypto-savvy SMBs, they can connect existing wallets directly for stablecoins payout. For traditional SMBs, we simplify onboarding by automatically creating a smart wallet, allowing them to move seamlessly between fiat and crypto — without ever dealing with the technical complexity.
For crypto investors, many of them are looking to diversify their portfolios. Orbbit enables investors to fund real-world-assets like invoice receivables, which are tied to actual business activities. These tokenized invoices can provide better yields than idle stablecoins and have much less volatility than traditional crypto.
By bridging real-world SMB cashflows with onchain capital markets, Orbbit enables instant settlement, auditability, and liquidity in the $5T+ global receivables market.
Who is your target customer?
🏭 SMBs
- Target Industries: Long payment cycles and steady working capital needs
- Beachhead Market: CPG SMBs (Consumer Packaged Goods)
- Use Case: USDC for cross-border & off-ramp to fiat for domestic payments
Validation: We’ve spoken with multiple CPG founders facing delayed receivables and cash flow gaps. They’ve expressed strong interest in faster access to capital, especially when it doesn’t require a complex and long financing application or crypto knowledge.
💰 Investors
- Profile: Hold stablecoins, seeking predictable real-world yield
- Expected Return: 20~30% APR
- Use Case: Portfolio diversification with risk not correlated to crypto assets like Bitcoin
Validation: From interviews with early supporters and friends & family active in the crypto space, we confirmed strong demand for RWA-backed, short-duration yield products that offer predictable returns and tangible economic impact.

What is your distribution strategy and why?
We’re starting in Houston, TX, which has one of the most diverse SMB ecosystems in the U.S.
We're working with organizations like the Houston Hospitality Alliance, the Asian Chamber of Commerce, and the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. This gives us direct access to thousands of trusted SMBs.
Next, we’re expanding to Austin, which is home to many CPG startups and brand accelerators like The Consumer VC.
This Houston-to-Austin path helps us build a strong early foundation for national expansion.
