OnlyAssets solves the fragmentation, illiquidity, and inaccessibility of real-world assets (RWAs) in traditional finance by providing a cross-chain tokenization infrastructure that:

Illiquidity:
Real estate, invoices, gold, and other assets are hard to trade or fractionalize easily.
Geographic & Chain Silos:
Assets are often stuck in one jurisdiction or blockchain, limiting global participation and DeFi access.
Lack of Transparency & Accessibility:
Most asset records are off-chain and centralized, leading to trust issues, opacity, and barriers for retail participation.

ERC-1155 Tokenization
Fractionalizes assets like real estate or invoices into interoperable tokens that can be listed and traded globally. -
Chainlink CCIP
Enables buyers on any supported chain (e.g., Sepolia, Arbitrum Sepolia , BNB Testnet) to purchase assets listed on a different chain (Avalanche Fuji), unlocking global liquidity. -
Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function)
Ensures fair selection of a "Highlighted Property of the Day" using provably random onchain selection. -
Chainlink Automation
Automates periodic operations like updating listings. -
Chainlink Data Feeds
Pulls accurate real-time asset price feeds, ensuring reliable cross-chain pricing.
Challenges we ran into
While building OnlyAssets, we faced quite a few technical hurdles:

Cross-chain logic was more complex than expected.
Getting ERC-1155 tokens to burn on one chain and mint correctly on another using Chainlink CCIP took a lot of trial and error. Handling fee payments (in LINK or native) and structuring messages safely between chains was tricky. -
Price Synchronization Across Chains
Using Chainlink Data Feeds for real-time valuations was tricky when aligning prices across chains during cross-chain asset swaps — avoiding arbitrage or mismatched settlements -
Automating updates required deep understanding of Chainlink Automation.
We wanted to automate daily highlights and yield distributions, and setting up upkeep logic across multiple chains wasn’t straightforward.
