The problem Onlinedox - a complete document filing solution solves

It streamlines and centralizes corporate compliance and trust services for Indian businesses and clients, offering an online platform to:

Register companies or incorporations,

File GST, TDS, and ITR returns,

Manage trademarks and intellectual property filings,

Provide digital signature services (DSC),

Handle statutory audits and digital documentation,

Ensure accuracy and compliance in routine corporate and tax formalities

Challenges I ran into

1. Email Verification Limits with Nodemailer
   While implementing OTP-based email verification for user registration, we initially used Nodemailer with Gmail SMTP. However, we quickly ran into daily sending limits (100–500 emails/day), which became a bottleneck during bulk onboarding.

2. Document Upload & Storage Management
   Allowing students to upload PDFs and images led to rapid disk usage, plus we needed per-branch grouping and admin-level visibility.
