Online payment is the most popular transaction method in the world today. However, with an increase in online payments also comes a rise in payment fraud. This type of fraud can occur through various means, including stolen credit card information, phishing scams, identity theft, account takeovers, and malware attacks.
In our project, we have used logistic regression to train our model to classify transactions as fraud or not so that they can be prevented. We were able to train our data with 99% accuracy.
