Our system will be accessible for two types of registered users: students and staff. The staff members can create timed exams for students. A questionnaire can be filled in prior to the examination which will then in turn be randomized and presented to the students. The MCQs will be checked and the subjective answers will be checked for keywords, based on which marks will be assigned to the student. Students can view their all exams and their performance and grades as a graph on their dashboard, and the staff can view the grades of every student who gave a particular test.

Objectives/Scope

• Online examination reduces the paperwork and workload relating to offline examination process.
• Online examination gives you the result at the same time so it’s a time saving process.
• Possibility of paper to get leaked while passing it to different examinations centers, this risk mitigated by the use of an online examination system.
• Examination process is managed using technology. It is beneficial when you are looking to conduct the exam for multiple candidates at different locations.
• Online examination gives you the flexibility to design exam papers, evaluate and grade them, there can be same or different questions for students also.
