When it comes to shipping and returns, Ohshaj Com is a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, they offer free standard shipping on all orders and most items ship within 1 to 3 business days. Not too shabby. On the other hand, their return policy is rather stingy.

If you need to return something, you have only 7 days to initiate a return and another 7 days to actually ship the item back. And forget about returning any final sale items—those are nonrefundable, no exceptions. The cherry on top is that Ohshaj Com will deduct a “restocking fee” of 10-20% from your refund for most returns. How’s that for adding insult to injury?
