The problem NutriKnow solves
The currently food labels are incoherent, making people confuse about what food products are beneficial for their health and their foodprint.
Furthermore nutritional information is not well understood by the information. And the current LLMs do not show where they take their information from, ending in stealing of intellectual property.
Challenges we ran into
WAGMI / Ethers version incompatibality
Story Protocol not deployed on Base, not capable to implement paymaster, AA and story protocol on base.
Long response time of our LLM model (~30sec), degrading UX.
