NusaQuest is an impact-to-earn platform that powered by AI and DAO on Lisk Sepolia that rewards user for joining river cleanups across Indonesia 🇮🇩. Collect trash before it reaches the ocean, earn NUSA tokens, and redeem them for NFT concert tickets. With KTP-based KYC, NusaQuest bridges real-world action with the power of Web3.

🌏 What Problem that NusaQuest solves?
NusaQuest addresses the root cause of ocean plastic pollution—Indonesia’s heavily polluted rivers, with over 70,000 of them contributing directly to the crisis. At the same time, Indonesia is dominated by Gen Z, 78.5% of whom care about the environment and are passionate about live concerts. Ironically, 54% of them resort to online loans just to afford concert tickets. NusaQuest connects these dots by offering a solution where Gen Z can attend concerts for free—simply by making a real impact through cleaning rivers. This approach not only improves environmental conditions but also protects young people from falling into debt for entertainment.

Challenges I ran into

While building NusaQuest, one major hurdle I faced was that it was my first time developing a DAO project. I wasn't familiar with the technical flow of governance mechanisms like proposal creation, voting, queuing, and execution. To overcome this, I carefully read the documentation and source code of the libraries I used, especially OpenZeppelin’s Governor contracts until I understood how each part worked together.
