The problem NREFT solves

The current NFT world is facing a huge blow due to the absense of wide range utility and absence of adopters as such. Nreft allows users holding NFTs of artistic/real world value can rent out their NFTs to anyone. One ,ajor problem solved is There is no need for the users to pay huge collaterals in exchange for security of the ownership. NREFT eradicates that and automates ownership tranfers on smart contract level. Having used thirdweb , Gnosis multisig we achieve the collateral-free NFT renting service

Challenges we ran into

The ERC 4907 did allow us to execute the permissionless transfer however the automation of violationa and arbitration was not a part of it which became a challenge to the key implementation which we overcame easily.
