What happens in the rural areas is that the land documents are sometimes morphed by the owners such that 2 people have the ownership of the same land and this in turn creates, property/land issues which take a lot of time to be solved in the court of law. Hence with No_Mans_Land, the owner will be able to retain the exclusivity of land since it'd have a unique address and no one would be able to modify it.
