In many rural parts of India, pregnant women continue to face serious health risks due to conditions like anemia, malnutrition, and lack of timely medical attention.

While there are ASHA workers — Accredited Social Health Activists — who go door-to-door collecting important health data, this process is manual, time-consuming, and often gets lost in the system due to the long hierarchical chain:

ASHA → ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) → PHC (Primary Health Center) → ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services)

Because of this, many women do not receive timely or adequate care, especially in underserved or remote communities.
