Challenges we ran into

• Hackathon doen't have a reliable internet connection, which caused our workflow pretty low in productivity.
• We can't deploy nodejs server free right after hackathon.
• Learning socket.io was difficult at first
• Integrating dual repo in single monorepo is far more difficult
• Sometime data doesn't sync as i was expected
• The undo button caused lot of bugs
• Time to build real time member cursor movement was short
