1. Problem: Complaints that are registered in a written form in registers can get misplaced intentionally or unintentionally.

Solution: First of all as the F.I.R is stored digitally it cannot get misplaced, but even if some mishappening takes place and the F.I.R gets deleted in the personal system, therefore we intend to use blockchain technology which would ensure that once an F.I.R is registered it cannot get deleted.

2. Problem: Sometimes due to corruption in the system, influential people in the system who influence the people who register the F.I.R to tamper with it, which could help these personalities get out of the crime they have performed.

Solution: If the F.I.R is registered against an influential person then sometimes the police are very reluctant on registering the F.I.R or sometimes deny the complainant to register an F.I.R. However if this system is implemented, firstly there will be no room for denial in registering the F.I.R, then if the complaint is registered and the respective officer neglects it or rejects a genuine case then the victim or the complainer can go to the respective magistrate of the city and can file a case while showing the document of confirmation as the valid proof.

3. Many people hesitate to register complaints against influential personalities fearing that they and their families would be in danger from that person. Also a majority of rape, and sexual assault cases don’t get reported fearing that filing an F.I.R would create a talking point about them in society this system will enable the victims to file a complaint without any fear of being talked about by society and will help them to get the justice also would help in reducing the rape and sexual assault incidences.

4. We ensure to provide maximum privacy to the complainer as his/her complaints will be shown only through a hash code and only the designated office will be able to only view and verify the respective F.I.R and not edit it in any way.
