It detects emotional crises in real-time using advanced AI sentiment analysis and automatically redirects to help, connects emergency contacts in one click, and even calls users to lift them out of dark moments with human-like conversations.
Beyond crisis management, it empowers users with mental health courses, mood exercises, and rewards progress with real-world incentives — making healing accessible, engaging, and rewarding.

Challenges we ran into
Building NeuroSync AI wasn’t just about coding — it was about responsibility.
One of our biggest challenges was ensuring the AI never misses a real crisis.
We couldn’t afford even one false negative when a life could be at risk.
We tackled this by creating a massive test-suite of 220+ real crisis conversations, training and fine-tuning our sentiment model until it achieved over 97.33% recall on critical cases.
Another hurdle was privacy compliance — securing sensitive emotional conversations.
We built a custom AES-256 encryption system before data ever touched IPFS, ensuring full DPDP 2023 compliance and earning user trust.
