Challenges I ran into

Basically, we faced 4 big challenges along the way:

1. First was scaling AI agents for mass adoption. With thousands of DAU - sometimes every hour - we had to make sure the system stayed fast, stable, and reliable under heavy load. That meant optimizing performance, handling huge spikes in requests, and constantly refining our infrastructure.

2. Second was marketing. We initially put a lot of effort into viral TikTok campaigns, expecting them to take off - but the results weren’t what we hoped for. Instead of doubling down, we pivoted to a different approach, and that shift paid off with much better traction.

3. Third was building our own AI agent framework, Nevron. On paper, it looked like a straightforward project. In reality, it was way more complex - architecturally and technically - than we anticipated. But by pushing through the COMPLETE architectural redesign, iterating relentlessly, and not compromising on quality, we finally shipped it and successfully integrated it into neurodex.ai

4. Fourth was ACP integration on the Virtuals Protocol. The beta ACP SDK from Virtuals was still rough around the edges, so we rolled up our sleeves and helped them significantly improve its quality and maintainability. We even fixed production-grade Python SDK issues - enabling us to become one of the first agents in ACP, delivering both technical analysis and insights on upcoming Genesis launches.
