The problem Neuro Motor Rehabilitation System solves

Parkinson's patients often struggle with traditional therapy due to monotony, lack of motivation, and limited movement tracking. This system turns rehabilitation into an engaging game using real-time body tracking (via camera, no sensors needed). It helps patients improve reflexes, balance, and mobility while doctors can track progress through detailed reports and AI-driven analysis.

Challenges we ran into

Integrating MediaPipe with Unreal Engine was complex due to build dependencies and performance issues.
Ensuring accurate leg motion tracking without sensors was tricky—required precise landmark tuning.
Creating a meaningful scoring and analysis system that reflects actual physical improvement took multiple iterations.
We later had to migrate to Unity for better compatibility and performance with MediaPipe.
Integrating hardware into this project was one of our biggest hurdles so far.
