Tourism contributes significantly to Nepal’s economy.How many of you have heard of Tiger Top Pokhara, if you havent its okay because the problem that we are trying to solve is to create awarness around beautiful places in Nepal which are not known by many. For example Hatti Dunga in Dang which got attention recently and then the governament worked on it.

Google Maps will not display every possible location. Just like Hatti Dunga in dang (Powerpoint Presentation), which was undiscovered. Neptou, on the other hand, will show you every potential tourist attraction in the area. This is possible beacuse we will provide incentives to locals who will upload places like these on our app and by doing this we provide tourists with beautiful places to visit and generate income around the area.For tourist to not get scammed we will have a basic filtering process through which only trusted guides,hotels and resturants will be shown to the tourist.This way we also generate income to guides,hotels etc.We also added an S.O.S feature on the app which can be used by tourist to contact the nearest police station or hospital incase of any emergency.Tourists can also get information which might be a little hard to find like bus timings,upcoming festivals and general information of the place which you cant find on the internet.

Locals will contact us through mail and once we verify it to be a genuine tourist destination we add it onto our app.Recently during lockdown many of saw beautiful unkown places which went viral but quickly vanished. It is not always possible to find the individual who posted the undiscovered location and get the details but the app will now keep a track of all these places. Nepal is like a big ocean,the deeper you dive the more you explore.Our plan is to collaborate with the Nepal Governament and to expand into in various other developing countries.We want to scale to the world and be the superapp for tourism.
