Challenges we ran into

One of our biggest challenges was dealing with merge conflicts and the extremely limited development window where we built Neon Canvanies from scratch during this hackathon sprint. Working under this intense time pressure, we had to design, code, and rigorously test complex features like live AI art generation, live drawing canvas, blockchain payment integration, and a credit system, a defi marketplace , all while ensuring that the platform stayed intuitive and professional. Juggling the technical coordination between the frontend, AI backend, and real-time wallet operations led to a lot of trial and error, especially when it came to keeping the user experience smooth both on desktop and mobile. We also had to condense our ambitious vision into a viable MVP as initially we had thought , prioritizing the must-have features and simplifying complex flows wherever possible so we could demo something meaningful by the deadline. It was tough, but that creative sprint pushed us to collaborate rapidly, make bold architectural choices, and deliver a working product that actually solves real-world problems in record time especially keeping the creativity in every aspect was the one thing that sure took a lot of time for us to figure out.
