Description of your solution

NabhaSeva: Solution Overview

The Core Goal

The core goal is to provide accessible, affordable, and real-time healthcare by bridging the distance and connectivity gap between rural patients, the Civil Hospital's limited staff, and local pharmacies.

Key Functional Pillars

The solution is built on five critical pillars, two of which are powered by Agentic AI for autonomous decision-making:

  • 1. Resilient Teleconsultation:

    • Multilingual (Punjabi, Hindi, English, etc.) app interface for patients.
    • Features high-quality video calls with an automatic audio-only fallback for low-bandwidth areas, directly addressing the 31% rural internet access reality.
  • 2. Autonomous Scheduling (The 'Scheduling Boss' Agent):

    • An Agentic AI that automatically triage patients based on symptom severity to assign an Urgency Score.
    • It autonomously routes high-priority cases to the next available doctor (local Civil Hospital staff or remote volunteer specialist), ensuring the efficient use of the severely understaffed hospital.
  • 3. Offline Digital Health Records (Patient Wallet):

    • Allows patients to securely store their medical history and prescriptions offline on their device.
    • Uses QR-code based portability for easy, secure sharing with any doctor or pharmacy, regardless of current internet connectivity.
  • 4. Guaranteed Medicine Access (The 'Meds Runner' Agent):

    • An Agentic AI that converts a doctor’s digital prescription into a guaranteed pick-up plan.
    • It autonomously checks the Real-Time Pharmacy Stock database, finds the closest pharmacy with 100% fulfillment capability, and reserves the stock for the patient, notifying them with a pick-up QR code to eliminate wasted travel.
  • 5. Proactive Community Health (The Epidemic Detector):

    • A system that aggregates patient symptom reports and uses clustering (K-Means) to detect potential disease outbreaks (e.g., Typhoid, Flu).
    • Data refreshes every 3 days to provide a crucial early alert system for the Punjab Health Department and Civil Hospital administration.
