Naari Kavach: Empowering Women, Safeguarding Futures.

The problem NaariKavach solves

Naari Kavach addresses the critical issue of underreporting of cyber crimes against women. By providing a secure, anonymous platform for women to report incidents without fear of revealing their identity, the project aims to encourage more women to come forward and seek justice. The integration of Anon Aadhaar ensures a fast and simple way for users to authenticate their identity while maintaining anonymity. The cognitive assessment and spam detection measures further enhance the credibility and reliability of the reporting system, weeding out false claims. Overall, Naari Kavach strives to create a safe and empowering environment for women to seek recourse for cyber crimes.

Challenges we ran into

Ensuring complete anonymity and privacy for users: Balancing the need for user authentication and the desire to maintain anonymity was a significant challenge. The integration of Anon Aadhaar protocol was crucial in addressing this.
Developing a robust fraud and spam detection mechanism: Preventing false or malicious claims was crucial to maintaining the integrity of the reporting system. The implementation of cognitive assessment and AI-powered fraud detection algorithms helped overcome this challenge.
Seamless integration of blockchain technology: Incorporating blockchain technology into the project's infrastructure, from user onboarding to case management, required extensive research and development to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.
Ensuring effective collaboration between the decentralized cyber cell and the user: Establishing clear communication channels and transparent case management processes between the user and the cyber cell was essential to build trust and confidence in the system.
