The problem myShare solves

Calculations and mathematics are not for everyone and when you are out partying or hanging out with friends, you need special powers for splitting the bill with all that hangover and fun. MyShare helps in accurate, easy and fast sorting of shares of money. an user friendly, easy to use and time saving app, can also serve as a track keeper for the current as well as past transactions. The share of members who didn't pay at the moment is shown as borrowed or to be carried forward. This app also provides the user with a functionality to collectively borrow money from their friends.
This mobile app is built using react-native and backed by node.js server.
Through its inbuilt features, the people who pay their dues on time ,get assigned relatable emoji to their names and thus inducing a positive sense of money management in a stimuli effective society and indirectly encouraging and promoting timely contributions and exact payments to their peers.

Challenges we ran into

Since we were going for a neumorphic themed design approach for our app we had to build all the UI components from scratch which was a very tedious task given the time duration of the event. Also on the backend it became very difficult to integrate mongo due to a small bug in the schema.
