The problem MyCitadel solves

Manually rebalancing portfolio and finding best opportunities in crypto is tough, time-consuming and complicated. MyCitadel solves this problem by allowing for fully automated asset management thanks to swarm of custom AI agents scanning onchain + offchain data sources in order to rebalance user assets periodically or in reaction to black swan events. Inspired by Citadel, the most famous hedge fund, we're helping anyone run their own hedge fund!

User Interaction and Data Flow

1. User that wants to have their assets managed connects their wallet in dapp.
2. They could either create a new AI agent manager or pick already existing one, then they could open personal fund for chosen agent.
3. After first deposit the AI agent immediately starts managing the funds according to the rules set for this specific fund.

The project architecture and development process

This AI-driven fund manager was built during a hackathon using Hedera's agent framework, Theoriq's agent framework, and Ora for LLM-driven strategy optimization. Chainlink price feeds supply real-time stablecoin data, enabling the agent to detect potential depegs and swap to safer assets. Our frontend is is Next.sj and react.

Users can create personal vaults, deposit funds, and rely on the agent to manage allocation. The system monitors on-chain events, executes swaps to minimize depeg risks, and implements staking strategies to maximize returns, wealth preservation, or whatever goal the agent has. The modular design facilitates expansion to additional protocols and strategies as needed.

Each agent has their own configurable strategy: for example, one of our fund managers helps users avoid stablecon depegs by, whenever he sees a depeg, swapping into other stablecoins. This helps prevent Terra Luna like losses.
