Cross-chain data oracle using FROST signatures
The problem Mycelia solves
Mycelia allows apps to prove arbitrary execution data from one EVM chain withing a smart contract on another EVM chain. It is similar to Wormhole Queries or Chronicle's Oracle, but powered by a decentralized and permissonless validator set instea of a fixed validator set. Mycelia uses FROST signatures to allow Cosmos SDK chain validators to attest to data on remote EVM chains, allowing for extremely cheap data proofs (30k gas, 65 bytes) that are backed by the economic security of the chain.
Challenges we ran into
We had to re-write the internals of the frost signature library in order to support EVM schnorr signature verification

Cheering for a project means supporting a project you like with as little as 0.0025 ETH. Right now, you can Cheer using ETH on Arbitrum, Optimism and Base.
