The problem Mutual Fund Analyser & Recommendation System solves
Our project helps users to analyse the risks of different mutual funds, learn their behavior and then it recommends the user the best schemes according to their preferenced category( Equity, Debt, etc) , subcategory, risk-level, ratings on past returns, and their past return behaviours along with many calculated functionalities like sortino, alpha, beta values, sharpe ,etc. . It helps user to create diversified portfolio, suggests mutual fund schemes in the best interest of the user and also provides platfrom to user for calculating investment returns.
Challenges we ran into
Yes, there we many challenges regarding cleaning the data, transforming it, encoding then appling Machine learning algorithms,other integration related problems and to choose the approach for recommendation model.
