Challenges we ran into

Data Preprocessing:

Handling inconsistent and missing data was a significant hurdle. We addressed this by using Pandas and NumPy to clean, normalize, and impute missing values, ensuring reliable model inputs.
Model Integration:

Integrating multiple disease-specific models into a single platform while maintaining performance was challenging. We resolved this by adopting a modular architecture with seamless integration via Streamlit.
