The problem Movie Recommendation System solves

We use this project to recommend the user the movies he can watch using his previous ratings and we use the mathematical concept singular value decomposition to get the recommendations. So, the user can add their own rating to the movies in the CSV files, and run the code. So, users can get the recommendations.
