The problem Moveout by Team LimeWhite solves
Travel Application on Vite and React build to decrease the Loading time of the application. It is a Responsive web application which is yet to develop, we have developed only the landing page and features. Many travelers are looking for a seamless way to book and manage their entire travel experience, from flights and accommodations to activities and transportation.Reducing loading time of images and playback videos can help Users to focus more on planning their trip.
Benefits of Reducing Loading Time:
Improved user experience: Users can start planning their trip sooner without having to wait for images and videos to load. Increased conversion rates: Users are more likely to book travel services on websites that load quickly. Reduced bounce rates: Users are less likely to leave a website if it loads quickly.
Challenges we ran into
Our team first thought was to build a site with google maps integrated which uses people locations of their hotels, rooms or where they are staying and suggest them best eating places based on rating.
Our major time went into building the Landing page. But after spending major time we came accross an issue, the google api key was paid for 200$ , although they said that first limit of 200$ was free , but still We were not able to purchase it.
We had only the home pagep till the mid reviews , later we made a full website with smooth scrolling and a better frontend.
The whole code is written in these two days and this project helped my team to use a new technology which we have never used before. We used Vite +react to reduce the loading time as It is more efficient than react itself.
