Tertiary Sectors in our economy have their profits cuts due to intermediary services that tend to be unreliable. Small vendors or service providers have meagre online presence and do not receive customers. On the other hand, customers are unable to find vendors in unknown locations. We aim to bridge this gap.
With our app Moto-Fix, we help Mechanics and their Userbase connect . Users can get their vehicles fixed through a quick Mechanic search and can either navigate to them or call them. A small 'Where-am-I?' feature lets users see their current location in terms of street-name, landmarks etc. We include a customized chat-bot powered by DialogFlow, that caters to vehicle-related queries and helps the users sort things out, step-by-step.
We also have a form based app Moto-fix Business, that is used by mechanics to help them get listed onto our Cloud FireStore database. With a slight tint of Open-Innovation, we have another section that lets Mechanics create Intents and Reponses that help us, as developers, to improve our app's chat-bot further.
