This implementation of a motion-detecting camera records only when a motion is detected. This camera is a software tool that can be installed on any device.
The problem Motion Detection Security Camera solves
The major problem it solves is that normal CCTV camera takes long hours of footage. In those footages, there would be no activity happening which would be a waste of storage. But with the help of this system, it will solve this problem as it will save videos only if there is motion for more than five seconds.
Challenges we ran into
Haar cascade was a hard concept to get over but with the help of research.
