The problem Monad Realm solves

MonadRealm allows players to earn real rewards (MON tokens) while gaming through blockchain technology. It ensures fair play, secure transactions, and exclusive access via NFT passes. The platform simplifies reward distribution with automated smart contracts, offering a fast, low-cost, and transparent gaming experience.

Challenges we ran into

Multiplayer Syncing: Getting the game states to sync perfectly in real-time between players was tough. We tackled this by using Socket.io to handle fast, smooth communication, which helped keep everything in sync.

Smart Contract Deployment: Deploying contracts on the Monad blockchain was tricky, especially ensuring they were efficient with low gas fees. After a lot of testing and fine-tuning, we got the contracts to run smoothly without causing delays or high costs.

NFT Passes: Managing the NFT pass system for exclusive access was a bit tricky at first. But by using OpenZeppelin’s secure contracts, we made sure minting and verifying ownership was seamless.

Transaction Delays: We needed transactions to happen fast and cheaply, so optimizing how we interacted with the Monad blockchain was key. Thanks to Monad’s speed, we minimized any delays by improving our contract logic.

Wallet Integration: Connecting MetaMask securely while making sure everything worked perfectly was a challenge. We took extra care with security and used Web3.js to make sure wallet interactions were smooth and safe.
