The Mini_RTI web app can be used by every citizen of the country, to know how the government is working for the development of the country. Transparency is one of the main features of democracy and it can be maintained only when every citizen has knowledge about the works of their government. In this web app, we basically make an easy portal where the people can directly get the information of any project whether it is a dam-building project or just a road in a village.
This web app works on the model of the Verifiable Credentials which has 3 main entities - Issuer, Holder, and Verifier.
Here,
ISSUER - An issuer is an entity that is authorized to issue a credential. Here, the issuer is the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs(MoHUA) is a federal ministry with executive authority over the formulation and administration of the rules and regulations, and laws relating to housing and urban development in India. This will issue a contract to any organization which has taken the project to complete.

HOLDER - A holder is someone who is the owner of the credential and has complete control over how it can be managed, with whom these credentials can be shared, or revoked. Here the holder is the public or private agency that has a contract to complete the project.

VERIFIER - A verifier is an entity that verifies a credential and ensures that it comes from a competent issuer, is tamper-proof, and is still relevant (not expired or revoked). Here the verifier can be the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting(Ministry of I&B).
It is a ministerial-level agency of the Government of India responsible for the formulation and administration of rules, regulations, and laws in the areas of information, broadcasting, the press, and the Cinema of India. AND it will have the responsibility of sharing the details of all the projects in public which should be known to the citizen.
