Challenges we ran into

Creating our mental and physical health app was like embarking on a thrilling adventure, full of highs and lows.

First, we tackled the psychometric assessment. We worked closely with experts to craft questions that could understand users' mental states accurately, without making them uncomfortable. It was a fine balance between science and user-friendliness.

Next, we brought our AI conversational agents to life. We wanted them to feel like talking to a friend, so we programmed them to handle various emotions and conversations. Ensuring privacy and security added another layer of complexity.

Integrating the meditation mode wasn't easy either. We delved into sound therapy science to find frequencies beneficial for mental health. Designing an intuitive and effective interface required lots of trial and error.
