The problem MilestoneVault solves
Traditional funding often expose investors to significant risks, such as mismanaged funds, lack of accountability, and failed projects. Companies may receive large sums upfront without clear oversight, which leads to inefficient spending or even fraud. Additionally, once funds are transferred, investors have little to no control over how their money is used, the lack of transparency and trust causes a gap between them.
How MilestoneVault Makes Things Easier & Safer
- Ensures Responsible Fund Allocation – Instead of receiving a lump sum, companies get funds in stages, ensuring they stay accountable to their goals.

Challenges we ran into
This is our first time participating in a hackathon - especially a large one at scale - so navigating this foreign environment and concept has been both interesting and overwhelming. With limited knowledge and time, we had to quickly adapt, plan, and execute our ideas under tight deadlines.
One of the biggest hurdles we faced was working with Web3 technologies, which was a completely new for us. Unlike traditional web development, smart contracts, blockchain deployment, and decentralized systems is its own domain. Understanding Solidity, interacting with Ethereym, and ensuring the security of our contract required a lot of learning, trials and errors. We really had put our blood, sweat and tears into this.
