Challenges we ran into

Challenges in Push Protocol Integration

During the development of our project, one of the most significant hurdles we faced was integrating the Push Protocol into the platform. The challenge stemmed from certain functionalities not working as expected in the staging environment. This presented a roadblock in delivering real-time communication and updates to our users.

Overcoming the Challenge:
To address this issue, we conducted a thorough review of our integration process, working closely with the Push Protocol provider's support team. We identified specific limitations in the staging environment that were causing the discrepancies. By creating a more accurate representation of the production environment and adjusting our integration strategy accordingly, we were able to ensure the seamless functioning of real-time engagement features.

Pivoting for Market Fit in a Saturated De-Fi Market

In the early stages of our project, we initially focused on the concept of Red Envelopes within the De-Fi market. However, the challenge we encountered was the overcrowded and highly competitive nature of this market. Finding the right product-market fit for Red Envelopes proved to be a significant challenge.

Overcoming the Challenge:
To overcome this hurdle, we decided to pivot our business model. We recognized that the need for comprehensive web3 community and campaign management solutions was under-addressed. By shifting our focus to provide an all-in-one platform for building, nurturing, and marketing communities, we successfully repositioned our product to address a more significant market gap. This pivot allowed us to provide a holistic solution that combined token-gated communities, gleam campaigns, Red Envelopes, and weighted rewards, ultimately catering to a wider audience and creating a more compelling and differentiated product.

This strategic shift not only helped us find our product-market fit.
