The first-ever decentralized marketplace for real estate and metaverse investments.

The problem Meta Realty solves

Real estate and metaverse investments can be costly and not all investors can invest in them. So, we've created a marketplace based on REIT(Real Estate Investment Trust) that allows investments in even small amounts.

Challenges I ran into

The first challenge that I ran into was to identify gaps in the investment opportunities in real estate. Next, I ran into problems associated with selecting a blockchain with low gas fees and high scalability, for this I chose polygon. The third was to select an appropriate wallet provider to smoothen the onboarding experience for nonweb3 folks and I chose arcana auth for this.
