Most people know they can exercise, eat well, sleep, and stay hydrated to take care of their physical health. But it’s less common for people to pay attention to their mental health.
We are helping people by providing a platform where they can express their feeling and get help accordingly. We believe to remove the stigma around the mental health we must have open communication about it. Therefore spreading awareness about mental health issues is the need of the hour. Our platform will make people learn the importance of mental health and things they can do to keep it well. It will help to strengthen the society as a whole. By making mental healthcare more accessible we plan to impact lives of millions of people
There continue to be major gaps in the understanding of conditions like schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and childhood disorders. Access to and understanding of mental health interventions remains low. Also, with popular beliefs including a supernatural basis for mental illness, the doublethink and disparity in knowledge across demographics remain considerable despite the increasing awareness.
Solution to the this problem must take into account the individual differences; from cellular to societal level , people need personalisation at every level and the autonomy to manage their mental health,
Mental health is something very personal and therefore requires personalised treatment.
The main challenge we ran into was which type of data set to use. There were two choice one was using surveys and other was how to user was feeling.Even though surveys gave a better accuracy, we went for the latter option as we felt were, rigid in their questionares.
