The problem Meetup Lite solves

Meetup Lite is built by Web3 enthusiasts for Web3 enthusiasts. We realised that there is no unified platform designed for the Web3 community to specifically bond, fund and host events within the network. Current platforms only display events hosted by separate organisations, which makes joining events the only choice for platform users. With Meetup Lite, users can not only navigate through shared Web3-specific events, they can even show their support by funding events or organisations through cryptocurrencies. Users have the option to use any crypto wallets of their choice, and transactions can be validated on our platform itself by utilising Gnosis Scan. In the future, Meetup Lite will also support the building of DAOs, as well as utilizing POAP and NFTs as a token of achievement for our platform users. We believe that Meetup Lite will be a game changer in the Web3 community, bringing the community to a greater level.

Challenges we ran into

There are several challenges that we ran into as some of us are new to the technology used. How we get over it is by seeking advice from our mentors, facilitators and acquaintances who know a bit or two.
