Problem Statement: In this pandemic situation, in apps like Zoom and Google meet there are high risks of security breach. Moreover, in the waiting room concept if the host misses to let a person join, it becomes frustrating. People who use zoom, or similar apps like this which are currently in market, face the trouble of either security or convenience of easily getting in the meeting until the host allows. So, users need to either compromise on security or they need to compromise on convenience. Moreover, people join with anonymous names.
Proposed Solution: We have made an application that provides complete security via the usage of unique id as well as link when a person joins in the conference call using audio and video for small meetups. Therefore, even if the person has the link until he gives the unique id, he won't be given access. Here with the help of both link and id, security and convenience are both made feasible. So, we believe that with the help of this application, software security would reach another level of security. Here in our application, we would allow only google sign in option, so that only verified users can sign in. Thus, our primary focus is on enhancing both security and convenience for our users.
