In this project, we have developed an Android application that serves as an Appointment Booking System integrated with a health monitoring feature.
T his Smartphone Application is designed to send important reports such as heart rate,bmi, sugar level etc  providing valuable real-time health information about the patient to pateint . The application streamlines the process of booking medical appointments and ensures that healthcare workers can efficiently collect and submit patient reports through the app.
Once the health worker collects the patient's data and submits the report, the information is seamlessly transmitted to the specific doctor designated for the patient's care.
