The problem MEDIVERSE solves

Whenever a patient visits a hospital it takes a significant amount of time before the updated health reports of the patient arrives making it difficult for the proper detection and hence decision making for the health official.

Challenges we ran into

Connecting with metamask and verifying each wallet address was difficult. Sending each token from one wallet to another using the wallet address was our next challenge.
We went through the documentation of metamask and it took us 2 days to build the login portal.
To implement unique token and transfer of token from one wallet to another we did everything step by step and from scratch. It took us 4 days to implement the feature and took
