MediVault is a secure blockchain based platform for storage of highly sensitive and critical data related to patients that is shared among multiple facilities and agencies for effective diagnosis.
The problem MediVault solves
MediVault is a Blockchain-based Electronic health Record Storage and Retrieval System.
Storage of sensitive data such as health records, exists with flaws of data breach, backtracking and hacking of databases.
Such a flaw gives rise to problem of protection of data of user at all costs. Our system, using blockchain technology, is able to tackle this issue, creating a smart and secure locker for all your sensitive and private records, with feature to share this information at your discreation, fully secured and hashed over blocks. Data breach is almost impossible, and storage and management of data like health records is protected.
Challenges we ran into
- Integration and sharing of block data between multiple Ganache Accounts.
- Doctor as well as a Patient Panel access.
- Secure encrypting as well as decrypting of data for integration with Patient Block and Doctor Block.
- Machine Learning model integration with Flask under Patient Panel for quick diagnosis of disease.
- IPFS Integration with the project to generate hashed data codes for lower Gas Contract Values, Secured Transactions and Data Management.
