It addresses challenges such as delays in getting essential drugs, difficulty in finding pharmices with stock, and the need for secure transactions. Features like real-time tracking, secure payments, location based delivery, 24/7 delivery, health blogs, online doctor consultation etc ensures convenience and efficiency
Challenges we ran into
Technical complexity (implementing real-time tracking, secure payments required learning new technologies beyond our coursework), Backend and Database management (Handling users orders, tracking deliveries was different without prior experience in scalable backend development), API Integration (Integrating third-party APIs for payments, maps (for location based delivery), required extensive debugging and troubleshooting).
