Users upload their medical reports (PDFs), which are automatically summarized using AI into easy-to-read sections like Diagnosis, Treatment, and Follow-up. The app extracts vital signs such as blood pressure, sugar, cholesterol, hemoglobin, and more, plotting them over time in a clear visual timeline. It generates smart alerts for early signs of risks like anemia, diabetes, or kidney issues, enabling users to take proactive action. Patients can also ask natural-language questions about their reports and receive myth-busting, medically accurate answers.
For Doctors:
With patient consent, doctors can log in using their ABHA ID and access a patient’s history, reports, vitals timeline, and AI-generated summaries. This saves time, supports early diagnosis, and enables seamless note-taking and follow-ups, especially helpful for doctors managing chronic patients or those in under-resourced areas.
