Smart Hospital Ops with AI, OpenCV & Blockchain

The problem MediFort-4.0 solves

1.Real-time Queue Monitoring using OpenCV to detect patient load and display estimated wait time dynamically.

2.Doctor Collaboration Suite built with Web SDKs and GenAI, enabling seamless chat and AI-powered report analysis.

3.Medical Waste Logging through MetaMask-backed blockchain forms, generating tamper-proof verification transcripts.

4.Voice-Activated SOS System with offline speech recognition and real-time alerting via WebSockets and SMS APIs.

5.Built on a Modern Stack –Python, React, Flask, Solidity, MetaMask, and Vercel – optimized for smart hospital integration.
