WHAT IS MEDICORDS
It is a digital representation of patient's health information such as medical records, lab results, vital sign charts, medication, etc.
Based on their usability, any clinical doctor or hospital can access this website.

WHY MEDICORDS
Currently, there is no secure portal available where we can upload/store our medical records which can be accessed by both patients and clinics/Hospital.
Giving a doctor or hospital access to a patient's health records aids in developing and implementing a logical plan for allocating the limited resources available for patient care and illness prevention.

PROBLEM SOLUTIONS
Digitalization
It gives clinician intent access to all of a patients important medical records by digitizing them
Ease of Accessibility
Only the user has access to their medical records, and they are in charge of whether or not the doctor can access it.
BETTER TREATMENT
Providing health record of a patient helps in formulating and applying a rational approach for the allocation of limited resources that are available for patient care and disease prevention.

PORTAL SYSTEM

1. registration portal
   Upon first registration, a special ID number will be generated.
   This special ID number will enable them to rapidly progress through the remaining steps and schedule a doctor's visit.
   A person revisiting a hospital will only need to provide his unique identification; all other information about him will be filled in automatically. They will also need to provide the purpose for their visit, and they will be given an appointment, making the process quick and easy.

2. Doctors portal
   This portal will be open on the doctor's computer as he will have received notification about the next patient
   This will make the consultation between the patient and the doctor more exact and less time-consuming, enabling other patients to receive care more quickly. The doctor will enter the prescription on that computer and send it to the pharmacy portal.

Challenges we ran into

SECURITY PROBLEM
Hashing the passwords and aadhar number.

Using passport-js for password authentication

UI/UX PROBLEM
We overcome this problem by using tailwind and bootstrap in our project.Moreover we design most of the components by ourself
