But models like Gemini Pro or GPT-5 are not built to manage your condition long term. They do not remember when you developed a condition, how long you’ve been sick, or your medical history. They only respond when you prompt them.

Managing health or recovering from illness is easier and less stressful when someone checks in, keeps you accountable, and nudges you to take your meds or ask about your sleep. With these intelligent models, these nudges go beyond simple yes/no notifications your responses are mapped to your progress.

Since these models also hold strong medical knowledge, they can act as a point of contact, like a search engine, to help you understand your condition better, more personalized since these models are context aware.

Problem statement and Inspiration
The journey behind MediNudge began from a personal experience of the creator, who faced several health challenges and interacted with AI daily. These interactions provided valuable insights, but one critical element was missing: proactive, intelligent notifications that could help maintain consistency in health management.

Recognizing this gap, the creator envisioned MediNudge as a solution that not only provides personalized reminders but also fosters accountability and educational support. The AI behind MediNudge is designed to adapt to the user’s unique health journey, offering tailored nudges that reflect their current condition and progress. This means that users receive not just generic reminders, but thoughtful prompts that help them stay on track and manage their health more effectively.

Additionally, MediNudge serves an educational role. By leveraging AI’s vast knowledge, it helps users understand their conditions better, reducing anxiety and making health management more transparent and manageable.

• Voice enabled AI chat, with support for other Indian languages by integrating ElevenLabs
• Allows users to upload prescription, and store specific details of your diagnosis and medicine doses and remind you of your doses as well.
• Support for suggesting nearest doctors and booking appointments with just a prompt on Practo.
• Generate detailed reports and dashboards of progress which doctors and the user themselves can track
• Personalized weekly, monthly, yearly goal setting based on the condition, and providing detailed illness recovery and health management plans.
