Our project solves a major drawback in medical sector, which is the in-availability of a patient's medical history for diagnosis.According to a Harvard study 5.2 million medical errors occur in India.Using Medcon a patient's medical history/records can be stored and easily retrieved by the healthcare provider.The medical history of a patient can be retrieved by any doctor registered in the Medcon portal using the patients Aadhar UID ,which generates a OTP message sent to the patient.The medical record can only be accessed by entering the OTP given by the patient.The Healthcare system generates data that requires delicate handling. A patient’s life depends on this information, and it is therefore important for the healthcare provider to be able to access it in the shortest time possible. Our product is a centralized patient record data storage system.
A doctor can easily diagnose a patient by seeing his/her previous medical conditions.The Doctor can add any further highlights if necessary in the patient's record.
