The problem Max Craic Poker solves
Poker has always been exciting for the players, but for the audience it falls flat. You can watch, you can cheer, but nothing connects you directly to the outcome. Max Craic Poker fixes that. If I cash in a tournament, someone in the audience gets paid. The energy of the game flows out of the table and into the crowd, giving them something real to root for.
We start simple: a Farcaster Frame and a Base Mini App that lets anyone join the draw in a few taps. But the idea is bigger. This is a test case for how crypto native tools can reward audiences directly, in real time, with no middlemen.
Most content creators face the same two problems. They are underpaid for their work, and they have no seamless way to give back to the people who support them. MCP is built to solve both. We want to show that the audience is not just background noise, they are a core part of the value being created and they deserve upside.
From here the possibilities open up fast:
Mini airdrops of $MCP to live chat participants, where the top contributors win free coaching sessions.
QR codes on hoodies at live events that onboard new people into Farcaster and the MCP community, with instant access to some profit share, if I make a deep run.
Live cultural moments where poker stops being a one way broadcast and turns into a shared onchain event.
Over time MCP could become a model for every poker creator who wants to share value with their fans. It could even evolve into a shared ecosystem, where multiple players run their own versions under the MCP umbrella.
The vision is clear: play poker under the MCP banner, backed by Base, and prove to the poker world how simple it is to send value back to the audience. Every step is about showing how our tech makes the game more exciting, more connected, and more rewarding for everyone watching.
Challenges I ran into
I had never written a line of code before this project. Even using GitHub or a terminal was brand new, so progress was slow and frustrating. Debugging was messy, with image rendering, edge functions, and caching all breaking in ways I did not understand.
At the same time I was running a professional poker schedule, studying, and balancing family life. Switching between those worlds while trying to build this project was difficult.
The truth is this is still difficult and I am learning as I go. But I keep pushing because I believe the model matters and I want to prove it can work.
Smart Contract Address(es)
At this stage, you haven’t deployed any smart contracts yet — it’s all been offchain logic using Frames, Redis, and Vercel.
However, previously I had created a Soul Bound Token for testing purposes, contract here:

Other Onchain Proof
The Farcaster Frame and Base Mini App are the first proof of concept. They let the audience enter daily draws tied directly to my poker results, with entries and outcomes logged onchain. Even at this early stage, they show a working loop: update the tournament, reset the entries, generate the frame, and let the audience interact in real time.
This is the first traction point. It proves that an audience can be rewarded directly through simple onchain tools, and it sets the foundation for bigger experiments like live airdrops, QR code onboarding at events, and shared upside models with other poker creators.
