The problem Math-Ai_tutor solves
My project is an AI-powered math tutor that makes learning easier and more interactive. It allows users to input questions using voice or images. Once a question is submitted, the AI not only solves it but also explains the solution step-by-step. To further enhance math knowledge, the platform also offers topic-based math quizzes, which are generated using the Grok API based on the user's selected topics.
Challenges I ran into
One of the major challenges I faced was generating quizzes using the Grok API. It required careful handling and logic structuring, but I managed to overcome it by building a robust backend logic. I also ran into issues with voice input integration, which I resolved using Speech-to-Text (STT) technology through the Web Speech API in JavaScript. For image-based questions, extracting accurate responses was tricky, but I solved it by implementing OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to extract the necessary text from images.
